On-Site Representative- This position will work on-site at the hospital’s facility. As an on-site, you will be visiting patients directly to obtain accident details and working directly within the hospital system for the client. Depending on the client, you could be responsible for but are not limited to, obtaining hospital documents, completing returns, and communicating directly with the client for requests. Working directly with patients will be your number one responsibility as an on-site representative, therefore; having a respectful, upbeat, and caring personality is warranted, as you will be in contact with patients after they have just experienced a difficult and sometimes traumatic situation. It is important that as on-site, you are thorough but also sensitive to the nature of the visit. You must follow hospital protocols and safety measures as you will work at the facility, as a representative of Syntriq Health Solutions.

Essential Duties

Working directly with patients to obtain accident details

Working directly within hospital system and Syntriq system

Processing new accounts

Processing QR/Patient Questionnaires

Obtaining hospital documents

Communication with hospital staff

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Strong Knowledge of computer skills and typing.

Reside within 60 miles of client.

Dependable and Detailed individual with organizational skills

Recommended 1-2 years’ experience in administrative work and/or hospital setting.
